How to refer someone?
You can share this website and products with your friends and family. You will have to share your email address (eg. firstname.lastname@example.org) which you used to sign up on The Furn Club. This email will act as a referral code.
Where will my friend add this referral code?
Your friend can add this referral code in the cart page. There is a section to add referral code. Your friend will write your email id (email@example.com) in that section and place the order.

What's in it for me?
You will receive 3000 Furns for every successful order delivered to your friend. Your friend will also receive 1000 Furns by applying the referral code.
How many times can I use the referral code?
You can use the referral code to refer as many people as you like. But referral code is valid only for one order per new user registered. Refer more people to earn more.

How do the rewards work?
Seven days after we successfully deliver an order to your friend (or colleague, or boss’s neighbour), and on no cancellations or returns, we’ll credit your account with 3000 Furns. We’ll email you the amount of Furns you’ve earned.
Will I get a new reward for every successful referral?
We’re keeping it super simple, you will earn 3000 Furns for every successful delivery. This way, you can use your rewards instantly, or wait till it accumulates your desired balance.
How can I use my rewards?
You can redeem discount coupons and free products from My Rewards section and use it to purchase anything on The Furn Club.
How do I check my reward balance?
We’ll keep you updated with regular emails, for every successful referral. You can check your balance from My Rewards section. Do remember to move all communication from The Furn Club to your Primary folder so you don’t miss any important communication.
SOMETHING WENT WRONG
I made a referral, but I haven’t received any information about my reward. Help?
If you aren't notified about your referral reward, it's likely that one or more of the following conditions weren't met:
Your friend has placed an order, but the order hasn't been delivered yet
The person you shared the code with is already a registered customer (the code is rendered invalid in such cases).
The person you shared the code with have purchased items worth less than Rs 5000, so the code didn't apply
The Furn Club reserves the right to modify the Referral Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. The Furn Club may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. The Furn Club reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program and cancel any associated reward that has been credited/ to-be credited in the form of The Furn Club furns to customer or prospective customers. The Furn Club reserves the right to cancel any order placed via the referer code or reward voucher, at any time as per it's discretion. In all above cases, and others laid out in detailed Referral T&C the company is not liable for any loss of the customer or prospective customer.
