How Place An Order?

Go through our online store, select the product and add in in your cart. Login with your account and place the order. Fill the details and pay through the payment gateway with your preferred bank, credit card or wallet. Note : You can also checkout as guests. However, we strongly recommend you to create an account.

Is There Any Hidden Charges When I Make Payment?

No, there are no hidden charges, the amount includes all the taxes and charges provided in the cart.

Can I Place Order Using Cash On Delivery?

No, at the moment we do not accept Cash on delivery/ Pay on delivery options.

Can I Cancel My Order?

All Items at our store are made to order, we usually initiate the order production as soon as the payment is confirmed. However you can refer our cancellation policy at www.thefurnclub.com/refundsandcancellations.

Do you Provide Assembly And Installation?

Most of our products are DIY and easy to assemble and install.

What is Estimated Delivery Time?

Once the items are shipped, It usually takes 10-14 days to be delivered to most part of the country. We ship all our products through delivery partners of repute such as - BlueDart / Fedex / Rivigo / Delhivery, etc.
